Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Emposola LLC ("Emposola," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit emposola.com, create an account, contact our team, request a quote, book a call, purchase an item, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with our services. It applies to website visitors, prospective customers, customers, account holders, and people who contact us.
This notice does not replace a signed statement of work, a data-processing addendum, or a separate notice supplied for a specific service. If you use a service for your own customers, you are responsible for your own privacy disclosures and lawful instructions to us. We will agree any processor terms required for that work before processing begins.

Information we receive
The information depends on what you choose to do. It may include:
- Identity and contact details such as name, email, telephone number, company, account credentials, profile information, and communications preferences.
- Project and service information such as goals, requirements, source materials, scheduling choices, budget ranges, submitted files, support messages, and details you choose to share.
- Order and payment records such as products or services, amounts, tax, currency, billing contact details, payment status, invoices, receipts, and transaction references. Card entry is handled by the payment provider; the website does not ask you to send card numbers or security codes by email.
- Account and operational records such as bookings, quotes, project messages, uploaded files, account preferences, authentication events, role assignments, and deletion requests.
- When you consent to optional analytics, technical and usage details such as pages viewed, referrer, device type, browser, operating system, screen dimensions, approximate country or city derived from an IP lookup, and a pseudonymous session identifier.
- Newsletter signup information, including email address, signup source, subscription status, and delivery or unsubscribe events.
03
How information is collected
We collect information directly from forms, account settings, checkout, communications, and files you submit. Our hosting, authentication, database, storage, payment, email, mapping, and analytics providers may process information to provide those functions. Some information is generated by your browser or device when you use the site.
Optional website analytics should run only when analytics consent is enabled. Essential browser storage supports functions such as session continuity, security, and remembering your consent choice. The Cookie Policy explains the current categories and controls.
04
Purposes and legal grounds
We use personal information to provide requested services, create and secure accounts, respond to inquiries, prepare scopes and quotes, schedule meetings, process orders, provide receipts, support customers, administer staff access, prevent abuse, comply with law, and maintain the website. Depending on the applicable law, the basis may be performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests such as security and service administration, consent, or a legal obligation.
We use optional analytics and non-essential measurement only according to the consent controls presented to you and applicable requirements. You can withdraw analytics consent through the Cookie Policy controls. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that is necessary for essential site operation.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use this site to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing. We may use automated tools to assist service delivery, but project outputs require appropriate human review and are subject to the agreed scope.
05
Service providers and disclosures
We share information only as needed to operate the service, carry out your instructions, protect people and systems, or meet legal obligations. Current service categories include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; Stripe for hosted payment processing; Resend for email delivery; Google Maps or Apple Maps when you open map content; and ipapi.co for approximate location lookup when analytics is used. The providers’ own notices and terms also apply to their processing.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, auditors, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or counterparties where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, enforce agreements, or comply with law. If the business is reorganized or transferred, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
06
International processing
Emposola is based in the United States, works with a team across the globe, and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Those countries may have privacy rules different from the rules where you live. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and take reasonable steps to protect information. Ask us for more details about transfer safeguards applicable to your request.
07
Retention and account deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to maintain an account or deliver a service, resolve issues, preserve security and audit trails, and meet accounting, tax, contractual, or other legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and may be extended for a dispute, investigation, chargeback, or legal hold.
An authenticated account holder can request account deletion from Dashboard → My Account → Sensitive section. The request immediately restricts account access and signs the account out. Permanent deletion is scheduled 30 days after the request. An administrator can verify or cancel the request, or permanently delete an account sooner. Authentication credentials and profile data are deleted when the account is removed. Some transaction, invoice, project, support, security, or legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary; where practical, retained records are de-identified or access-restricted. Information held by independent providers is subject to their own retention and deletion processes.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address and provide enough information to verify your request. We may ask for reasonable verification and may need to retain certain information to satisfy legal obligations or protect another person’s rights. We will explain the reason if a request cannot be completed as asked.
08
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to a privacy regulator. You may also have rights to opt out of certain targeted advertising or data sharing. We do not sell personal information for money or use third-party targeted-advertising pixels on this site. These rights are subject to identity verification, exceptions, and limits in applicable law.
You can update many profile details in your account, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us, and change analytics consent using the Cookie Policy controls. To make another request, contact emposola@emposola.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
09
Security and incident response
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections, role-based permissions, hosted payment processing, and operational review. No website, transmission, storage system, or provider can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password confidential, use a unique password, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate, take appropriate containment steps, and provide notices required by applicable law. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card details in ordinary email or support messages.
10
Children and third-party links
Our business services and account features are intended for people acting for a business or who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
The site may link to third-party platforms, maps, social networks, or partner offers. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
11
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as services, laws, or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the site or another reasonable channel where required. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
